Refund and Return
We want you to love your purchase from Got Period?. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used menstrual and intimate products cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original and place a new order.
